Get the right information
in front of the evaluator.

Request an evaluation or send a profile correction through our existing Google Form. Submitting information is not a guarantee of publication or a recruiting outcome.

1. Prepare the essentials

Player name, graduating class, position, school, city/state or region, listed height and weight, Hudl film and X handle. Coaches submitting several players should provide a separate, clearly labeled set of details for each player.

2. Submit for review

Use the form below. Information and film can then be reviewed for a scouting evaluation. No turnaround time is promised here; submitting does not automatically create a live profile.

Open request form ↗

Opens Google Forms in a new tab. Do not include private medical, financial, or identity documents.

3. What happens next

  1. Keep a copy of the details and film link you submit.
  2. The information can be reviewed against the published evaluation approach. A submission is not automatically a published profile.
  3. To provide new film or correct details, use the update form below and include the player’s name and profile link.

There is no automated status tracker or promised review window. Check the player directory for publication; use the same form if you need to follow up.

Already have a profile?

For corrections, include the player’s name and profile link, what needs changing, and a supporting source where available. Use the same form for contact, removal or photo requests; clearly identify the purpose. You must have permission to share any submitted photograph.
