This policy explains what information Coach Greenway's Player Map collects, how it is used, and the choices available to players, parents, and visitors.
Information we collect
We may collect information submitted for player profiles, including a player's name, school, graduation class, position, measurements, location, social profile, highlight-film link, recruiting information, and scouting evaluation. We also collect basic account, subscription, and site-usage information when those services are used.
How we use information
We use information to create and maintain player profiles, operate subscriptions, evaluate prospects, improve the site, measure traffic, prevent misuse, and respond to correction or removal requests.
Public player profiles
Information displayed on a published player profile is public and may be viewed or shared by coaches, evaluators, families, and other visitors. Please do not submit private information that should not appear publicly.
Analytics and service providers
We may use analytics, hosting, payment, and other service providers to operate the site. These providers may process limited technical or account information on our behalf, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Young athletes and parents
The service is not intended for children under 13 to submit personal information on their own. A parent or legal guardian should submit or approve information for any child under 13. Parents may request access, correction, or removal of a child's information.
Your choices
A player, parent, or guardian may ask us to correct or remove profile information. Subscription and payment choices are managed through the applicable subscription or payment provider.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
